Safety Starts Before the Crash

Shannon J. Sagan knows what a serious accident feels like. He has been in one. That is why this practice does more than help people after a collision. We work to protect Palm Beach County drivers before one ever happens. Giving back is built into how this firm started and how it still runs today.

Program 01

The Dashcam Giveaway

We have put more than 1,300 dashcams into the hands of clients and neighbors across Palm Beach County. We hand them out at community events, school nights like Meet the Teacher, and neighborhood giveaways. A dashcam is the one accessory that protects you before anything goes wrong. It captures what actually happened when the other driver's story does not match.

We are not stopping until every driver who wants a camera has one.

Program 02

A Car for Those Who Answer the Call

First responders show up on everyone's worst day, and they often carry that weight alone. To support them, Shannon donated a pristine Lexus LS460 for a raffle held in May 2025. The proceeds went to Stomping Out the Stigma, the nonprofit founded by Tim Roberto that provides free, confidential mental-health therapy for first responders and their families.

The raffle raised money and awareness for a cause that saves lives, and a Palm Beach County winner drove home a great car.

Strong communities run on the people who build businesses in them. We spotlight local operators, back neighborhood organizations, and connect the people who keep Palm Beach County going. When local businesses win, the whole community wins.

Free Road-Safety Education

For years, Shannon has broken down Florida traffic law in plain English. Right-of-way rules, UM coverage gaps, safe-driving habits, and more. It is all aimed at helping drivers make smart decisions long before they ever need a lawyer.
