I am the operations and marketing director. I handle customer appreciation, marketing ideas, schedule events, and anything that advances our law firm to serve our clients better. We try to have empathy for our customers in these times. Right now we don't know what's going on behind closed doors. There's death, divorce, financial issues, stress from covid, so we try to make sure that we show our clients the empathy that they deserve. I love to cook. I love to bake. I read a lot, and I spend a lot of time with my two grandchildren, nine and three of the loves of my life.
